WHAT IS OJT?
OJT stand for On-the-Job Training. This is programmed for students who have completed their institute based training. You will receive hands- on in -depth experience in star class hotels in Colombo. During this OJT period you will supervised by an allocated supervisor and you will get opportunity to be familiar with the real work situation in particular field. After successful completion of the OJT you will receive a certification.
WHAT IS AN NVQ?
NVQ stand for National Vocational Qualification. The NVQ is a work -based qualification which recognises the skills and knowledge a person needs to do a job. The candidate needs to demonstrate and prove their competency in their chosen role or career path.
AFTER THE COURSE CAN I APPLYÂ FOR A JOB?
Once you completed the course institute will arrange OJT in selected Hotel in Colombo. You have to complete 6 months OJT and after that your job placement done by the institute.
